Terms of Use (EULA)

Last updated June 26, 2026

1. Agreement to these Terms

Trip Conductor (the “Service”) is operated by Quiet Eye Advisors LLC(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. What Trip Conductor is

Trip Conductor is an informational tool that helps executive assistants and other users monitor travel disruption. It aggregates flight status, aviation weather, and other signals into a risk score and plain-English briefings to help you anticipate problems with a journey. The Service is an informational and decision-support tool only. It is not a travel agency and does not book, change, rebook, or cancel any travel.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, for keeping your password and credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at contact@tripconductor.ai if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

  • Plans. Free covers up to 2 travelers and 25 tracked flights. Paid plans renew monthly: Home ($8.99/month — up to 6 travelers, 50 flights) and Pro ($29.99/month — unlimited travelers, 100 flights).
  • Recurring billing. Premium is a subscription that automatically renews each billing period until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
  • Payments.Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Your use of Stripe’s services is subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy policy.
  • Cancellation.You can cancel any time from your account’s billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Premium access until then.
  • Refunds. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time.
  • Price changes. We may change prices or plan features; we will give reasonable advance notice, and changes take effect on your next billing period. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • scrape, harvest, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying data feeds, or resell or redistribute the Service or its data;
  • interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or its infrastructure;
  • enter personal information about other people (such as travelers) unless you are authorized to do so and to have it processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Your data and travelers’ data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for ensuring you have the right and any necessary authorization to provide information about the travelers you add. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain your rights in the data you submit and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide and improve the Service.

8. Informational only — no warranty

The Service depends on third-party data sources (including flight-status providers such as FlightAware and AeroDataBox, aviation weather from NOAA, and AI-generated summaries from third-party AI providers). This data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and risk scores and briefings are estimates, not guarantees of what will happen.

The Service is not a booking or rebooking service. Any alternative flights or options shown are informational only; we do not reserve, book, change, or guarantee any travel. You are solely responsible for your own travel decisions and for confirming details directly with the relevant airline, operator, or provider.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quiet Eye Advisors LLC and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any missed flights, missed connections, missed meetings, lost profits, or other losses arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use, or reliance on) the Service or any travel disruption, regardless of the cause and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $100.

10. Third-party services

The Service integrates with and relies on third-party providers (including Stripe, Supabase, Netlify, Postmark, Microsoft, FlightAware, AeroDataBox, NOAA, and Anthropic). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

11. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding data you submit), is owned by Quiet Eye Advisors LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8–11, 13, and 14) will survive.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quiet Eye Advisors LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or the data you submit.

14. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York.
