Frequently asked questions
Short answers about tracking flights, understanding delay risk, alerts, privacy and your account.
What does Trip Conductor do?
Trip Conductor puts the flights you add on one live board, with Delay Risk Outlook estimates where available. You can arrange the board by soonest departure or by what needs attention first. It alerts you when something changes and shows backup flight options to confirm with the airline.
Who is it for?
Trip Conductor is for assistants and admin teams coordinating several travelers, families, and anyone who looks out for someone else’s flights.
Which flights can I track?
Trip Conductor tracks commercial flights only. Add one by flight number, paste confirmation-email or itinerary text, or import a screenshot. Live status and the Delay Risk Outlook appear where available.
Does the traveler need to install anything?
No. You add the flight and follow it from your account, and alerts come to you. The traveler does not need to install an app.
How do alerts reach me?
Alerts can arrive by email or as push notifications. They can cover leaving the gate, takeoff, landing and arriving at the gate. Daily briefings are separate, with their own settings. Each alert follows your settings; if you turn a channel off, nothing is sent through it.
Push notifications are available in the iPhone, iPad and Android apps.
What is the Delay Risk Outlook?
The Delay Risk Outlook estimates the chance of a major delay and shows a Low, Elevated or High band. It comes from a rules-and-statistics model whose inputs you can see.

Does AI decide the risk?
No. The Delay Risk Outlook sets the number from its rules-and-statistics model. AI writes the plain-English explanation of why; it never sets or changes the number.
Can it book or rebook flights?
No. Backup options are for information. Confirm current schedules and availability, then book with the airline or a travel agent.
What happens to my data?
Traveler details are private to your account and never sold. Read-only access is shared only when you choose to share a traveler.

How do I delete my account?
Delete your account from Account in the app or on the web, or follow the steps on the account-deletion page.
Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are cancelled separately in that store.
